DITO Telecom has released its updated list of compatible phones. They are very specific in terms of the brand and model.
This brings confusion to a lot of people since mobile phones should function with any SIM card as expected. But alas, some mobile phone brands aren't supported like Apple. However, I tested it out and found out that you can activate DITO sim in iPhone.

Conclusion
As you can see, there are no Apple devices which is a bummer. However, this is the final list yet and DITO said that their technicians are continuously testing other mobile phones.
